Darrent Williams murdered... We pray that his killer will be brought to justice!

Mr. Bowlen there are red flags up all around the Broncos. Don't you get it? THE BRONCOS NEED TO ESTABLISH AND ENFORE A CODE OF HONOR WITH REAL CONSEQUENCES FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE CONDUCT ISSUES.
The Broncos should lead the league with fines, penalties and consequences for players who fail to be the outstanding citizens we the fans expect them to be!
As one fan, I an greatly frustrated with the Broncos wimpy lack of dealing with players conduct issues. The Bronco organization needs a REAL LEADER at the top! Sir you own this football team. It is your responsibility to impose conduct guidelines and enforce them. NFL owners need to deal with player conduct issues swiftly and fairly. If the football owners were good leaders the NFL would not need to play sheriff.
